Grievance
At Quantiva Strategic Consulting, we value our clients and are committed to addressing any grievances promptly and effectively. If you encounter any issues related to our services, reports, or processes, please follow these steps to report your concerns:
- Contact Us: Email your grievance to support@quantivaconsulting.com, providing a detailed description of the issue, including the invoice number, report details, and any relevant correspondence.
- Acknowledgment: Once we receive your grievance, we will acknowledge it within 48 hours and provide a timeline for resolution.
- Resolution Process: Our team will investigate the matter thoroughly and work with you to resolve the issue amicably. For complex grievances, we may schedule a discussion to ensure clarity and mutual agreement.
- Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the initial resolution, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer at grievance@quantivaconsulting.com.
We aim to resolve all grievances within 15 business days. However, in cases requiring additional time, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
Terms and Conditions
Quantiva Strategic Consulting provides market research and consulting services under the following terms:
- Use of Reports: Reports are intended for internal use only and cannot be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
- Confidentiality: We ensure the confidentiality of client information shared with us during the research process. Similarly, clients must maintain the confidentiality of the reports and data provided.
- Liability: Quantiva Strategic Consulting is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on our reports. Clients are advised to use our insights as part of a comprehensive decision-making process.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
- Amendments: These terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
Refund Policy
At Quantiva Strategic Consulting, we prioritize transparency and encourage our clients to thoroughly review the details and check the data quality before placing an order. Due to the confidential nature of the information contained in our market research reports, cancellations cannot be accepted after the report has been delivered. If discrepancies arise between your understanding and the information provided in our reports, we are committed to resolving them amicably. Additionally, if updates are required post-delivery, we may offer one update as a goodwill gesture upon mutual agreement. However, refunds are not applicable once the order has been placed and payment has been made. An order is considered a confirmed sale once the payment is received, either in full or in installments. After a confirmed sale, Quantiva Strategic Consulting is obligated to deliver the purchased report or data (as specified in the invoice) to the email ID provided at the time of payment or another specified email ID, limited to a single recipient. As our reports involve human work, minor errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we are committed to correcting the issue by updating the relevant report pages or excel file at no additional cost, as quickly as possible. No refund claims will be entertained in these instances, as we take full responsibility for addressing any errors during the report compilation or production process.
Payment Policy
At Quantiva Strategic Consulting, our payment terms are designed to ensure a seamless and transparent experience for our clients. Please review the following guidelines carefully:
- Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full before the delivery of the report or service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. In cases where installment payments are agreed upon, the final installment must be cleared before the complete report or data is delivered.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal or other international payment gateways, and Cheques/Demand Drafts (subject to clearance). For international clients, payments should be made in USD or other agreed-upon currencies. Exchange rates and any applicable transaction fees will be borne by the client.
- Invoice and Documentation: An official invoice will be issued upon payment confirmation. Payments must be referenced with the invoice number for record-keeping purposes. For installment plans, periodic invoices will reflect the due and paid amounts.
- Late Payment and Penalties: Payments not received within the agreed timeline will incur a late payment fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. Failure to make payment within 30 days of the due date may result in suspension of services or legal actions.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Refer to our Refund Policy for terms regarding cancellations and refunds. Once payment is made, the order is considered confirmed, and refunds are not applicable.
- Disputes: If there are any discrepancies or disputes related to the payment, clients are advised to contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving payment-related concerns promptly and amicably.
- Additional Charges: Any custom requirements, updates beyond agreed terms, or additional services requested post-delivery will be billed separately. Clients will be informed of these charges upfront.
